Late fall adventure 2019 recap

We're reminiscing about our late fall week of cooking Médoc classics, hitting the Atlantic beaches (in sturdy outerwear), and trawling the magnificent outdoor antique fair in Bordeaux where every curiosity and signal of culture can be found.

​We loved every minute of making Pot Au Feu, going to the market in St. Vivien to buy amazing fish. We also loved slipping into a favorite Bordeaux bistrot for a seductive soup of pumpkin, cream, and, of course, foie. 

Let's do it again in 2020!
