We believe that travel and learning are salve to the soul. But not without a great lunch! ​Join us in the wine-country village of Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc for a week of focused workshops, tours, lunches, and more. The typical Adventure starts with your arrival, settling in to your hotel, and a dinner at Maison on Monday … and ends with departure at your convenience on Saturday. (Some Adventures begin and end on different days.)

​Each day of our adventures begins at Maison for a morning workshop, which is followed by a wonderful lunch highlighting the distinctive cuisine of the region. After some private rest time, we share another session together, and close the day with dinner together — you're welcome to help cook or just relax as it comes together!
