Each weeklong adventure (Except those in London and Seattle) begins as we gather in the vibrant old city of Bordeaux. We then caravan to St.-Yzans-de-Médoc and get settled for a week of focused workshops, tours, lunches, and more. Each day begins with a lovely French country breakfast together and winds down with a light dinner at Maison and social time if you'd like.
